Sales Tax will be collected for all orders shipped to addresses in Texas.
Return Policy
At Trisol Fine Jewelry, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you my return any unworn and undamaged item(s) within 10 days of the date of shipment for a full refund, exchange or credit. Merchandise must be accompanied by original packaging and receipt. All returns of merchandise require a Return Authorization (RA#). Please call (713) 970-1087 or send an email here to obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your merchandise back. Sale items and specially customized items are final sales. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
How To Return
- Please send an email here and explain the nature of the return.
- A customer service representative will contact you with a return authorization number (RA#). Please write the RA# on the outside of the box. Packages will not be accepted without the RA#.
- Please keep the RA # for your records as it will be needed to check the status of your return.
- Make sure items are in the original packaging, in unworn condition and accompanied with the original receipt.
- The return package must be post marked within 10 business days of receipt, after this time the RA# becomes void.
- Make sure to choose a shipping method that has a tracking system. Credit will not include original shipping charges. If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us at (713) 970-1087.
